Covered by a lift top lid is a compartment to house a variety of sizes of polycarbonate insert pans of which twelve standard pans are included. With the convenient, in place cutting board you can chop your meats or veggies right in front of their designated bin to cut down on messes in other areas of your kitchen. When you're finished cutting, simply remove the cutting board and send it to your washing station; cleanup is as easy as that! For portability the True sandwich salad unit is sat atop four 5" diameter casters with a locking feature so that you may easily roll it out for simple cleaning or even to rearrange your kitchen.
