It features two drawers for storing vegetables and dairy products, a built in cutting board so that you can prepare and store in one place, and 6.5 cubic feet of storage space. There are 8 food pans included as well so that you can keep all your foods fresh, secure, and easily in reach. The patented, foam insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder so that you can always ensure your salads and sandwiches are of the freshest quality and that condensation is minimized. No more soggy lettuce! Each drawer also accommodates one full size food pan if you ever need to store a singular food item. The refrigeration system is top of the line with a sealed cast iron, self lubricating evaporator fan motor, and larger fan blades for more efficient and low velocity operation.
