This True TSSU278 sandwich / salad prep unit has 1 door and 2 adjustable, vinyl-coated wire shelves. The True TSSU278 uses an oversized refrigeration system with air flow directed at the pans, which ensures colder product temperatures. It holds temperatures between 33-38°F.

The top, front, and sides of this sandwich / salad prep table are constructed of stainless steel while the back has an aluminum finish. A stainless steel, foam-insulated cover that easily removes for cleaning is used to keep pans temperatures colder and retain cold air.

The interior is NSF-approved, white, vinyl-coated aluminum sides and tops, with coved corners and a stainless steel floor. This True product has an 11-3/4" wide, full-length, removable cutting board that is easy to clean and maintain.

This True product is proudly made in the USA and offers a 1 year parts and labor warranty with an additional four years on the compressor.
