True Refrigeration TSSU-27-12M-B-HC ADA Description
The True TSSU-27-12M-B-HC food prep table has one section, a stainless steel lid, and a solid stainless steel door, and its two PVC-coated wire shelves are adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments to accommodate a variety of product sizes. In the top cutout, nine sixth-size pans and three ninth-size pans hold ingredients for pizzas and sandwiches. To accept a variety of sizes with divider bars (sold separately), the top of this unit can be adjusted.
This refrigerated prep table uses a capillary tube system and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold the cabinet and food pan temperatures to a set level between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For moving high volumes of air through the cabinet, the sealed and self-lubricating fan motor powers large fan blades. To ensure longevity, the evaporator is coated in epoxy to resist corrosion, and the condensing unit slides out from the rear of the cabinet for maintenance for accessibility.
Improving the unit's efficiency, the condensing coil is kept clean using a reverse condensing fan motor. Upon compressor start up, it blows in reverse for 20 seconds to remove dust buildup from the coil. For optimal results, employees should perform maintenance on the coil regularly.
