The True 72-1/2" pass thru deli case was created using exceptional quality materials and oversized refrigeration systems to provide you with colder product temperatures and reduced utility costs. The cabinet of this refrigerated pass thru deli case is safe to hold open food product such as meats, cheeses and desserts. The oversized factory balanced, refrigeration system holds 38-40 degrees consistently and the gravity coil refrigeration system provides high humidity for exceptional preservation of deli style foods. The Low-E double pane thermal glass self-closing doors provide maximum insulation value for greater efficiency and energy savings. The exterior is constructed of non-peel or chip white laminated vinyl that is not only durable and easy to clean, but permanent. The interior is an attractive white aluminum liner with a 300 series stainless steel floor that is both sanitary and easy to maintain. The entire cabinet structure is foamed in place, high density, polyurethane insulation for maintaining the perfect temperatures for you products. The automatic defrost system is time initiated and time terminated for hassle free maintenance. This pass thru deli case is equipped with three light sources located in the front, rear, and under the top shelf for maximum product display. The fluorescent lamps are low UV emitting to enhance product appearance and increase shelf life. The doors of this refrigerated pass thru deli case are self closing, and the front glass doors are slanted to minimize reflection from overhead lighting, enhancing your cold product presentations.
