True's 4 drawer refrigerated chef bases are designed with enduring quality that protects your long term investment and provides you with colder product temperatures, lower utility costs, and exceptional food safety and the best value in today's food service marketplace. The oversized, environmentally friendly forced-air refrigeration system holds a consistently chilly temperature of 33 to 38 degrees F. The cabinet top is one piece, heavy duty reinforced 300 series stainless steel which features a drip resistant V edge that protects against spills. The top of this refrigerated chef base holds an amazing 1084 lbs. The all stainless steel front and cabinet ends are easy to clean and resistant to dents, scratches and stains. The left drawer accommodates 3 food pans and the right accommodates 2 food pans. The heavy duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers make operation easy and are removable without tools for easy cleaning. The entire cabinet and drawer facings are constructed of foamed in place, high density polyurethane insulation to maintain optimum product temperatures.
