True's 79-1/4" wide refrigerated chef base with four drawers and two sections are designed with enduring quality that protects your long term investment and provides you with perfect product temperature preservation. Designed using the highest quality materials and components to provide you with colder product temperatures, reduced utility costs, and exceptional food safety, this two section refrigerated chef base will be one of the best investments your kitchen has ever made. The oversized, environmentally friendly forced air refrigeration consistently maintains a temperature of 33-38 degrees keeping your foods fresher, longer. The sealed, cast iron, self lubricating evaporator fan motor and larger fan blades provide this stainless steel chef base with more efficient, low velocity high volume airflow design. The condensing unit is access from behind the front grill and slides out for easy maintenance.

The cabinet top supports up to 1084 lbs and is constructed of one piece, heavy duty reinforced 300 series stainless steel. The drip resistant V edge protects against spills keeping your kitchen equipment and floors cleaner. The all stainless steel front, top and sides featuring a matching aluminum back which makes this four drawer refrigerated chef base easy to clean and highly resistant to dents, scratches, stains and corrosion. Each drawer accommodates two 20" wide food pans for user convenience. The heavy-duty stainless steel drawer, slides, and rollers are removable without tools for easy cleaning. This 79-1/4" wide refrigerated chef base is insulated with foamed in place, high density polyurethane insulation which will preserve your foods with outstanding quality for years to come.
