The quality construction featured in True refrigerated drawers will keep your unit looking great overtime. Since True refrigerated drawers are made with stainless steel they will not easily scratch or dent. The cabinet top is also made with durable stainless and features drip resistant edges.

The forced-air refrigeration system featured in True refrigerated chef bases keep the unit cool at food safe temperatures of 33 to 38 degrees F. Each drawer in a True refrigerated drawer unit can easily accommodate three full size food pans.
