True Refrigeration STR2HPT-2G-2S Description
The True STR2HPT-2G-2S Spec Series® pass-thru heated cabinet includes six chrome shelves, three per section. Made of stainless steel on the interior and exterior, the unit is durable for high-volume applications and resistant to rusting. Front and back doors create a pass-thru design that is ideal for connecting the back of the house with serving areas in the front. These front doors are double-pane glass so employees and customers can see the food, while the rear doors are solid. All four doors self-close and stay open past 120 degrees, and locks on the doors restrict cabinet access to prevent tampering.
To keep cooked food warm at safe temperatures, the True STR2HPT-2G-2S insulated mobile heated cabinet has an electronic temperature control that can be set between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can set this level to suit their operation and check it on the external temperature display. A stainless steel element generates heat so fans can evenly distribute it throughout the cabinet, while humidity can be manually controlled by a steam-releasing, top-mounted vent.
