Perfect for prepping and assembling pizzas, the True TPP-93D-6 prep table has a large 19 1⁄2-inch-deep cutting board across its front. Ingredients stored in the top compartment can be reached quickly for prepping and sit in the 12 included third-size, 6-inch-deep pans. Additional pans full of product can be stored in the base, which has six drawers. Each drawer holds two full-size, 8-inch-deep pans and has a recessed, 12-inch-long handle.

A guided airflow system in the True TPP-93D-6 pizza prep table consistently distributes cold air in the top compartment and cabinet base. Operators can set the temperature as low as 33 degrees Fahrenheit, as high as 41 degrees Fahrenheit, or at any level between. The condensing unit is accessible from the front and has a convenient slide-out design.
