True TPP-67D-4 67" Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Designed for assembling pizzas, the True TPP-67D-4 prep table is equipped with a white polyethylene cutting board and refrigerated storage. The cutting board, which provides a sanitary and durable prep surface, runs the full length of the unit and has a 19 1⁄2-inch depth. The countertop pan rail can hold 9 third-size food pans and a full set of these pans comes standard with the unit. The base offers four drawers, each capable of holding two full-size food pans or another configuration of smaller food pans, although these pans must be purchased separately. A self-contained system provides forced-air refrigeration to keep the pan rail and drawer contents consistently stored between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
