True TPP-67D-2 67" Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TPP-67D-2 prep table is designed for preparing and assembling pizzas with varying diameters with a removable cutting board and a base that includes a cabinet and two drawers. The full-length cutting board has a depth of 19 1⁄2 inches and is made from white polycarbonate, a sanitary and durable material. The top compartment holds 9 third-size food pans, while the two drawers each accommodate 2 full-size food pans for additional ingredient storage. The cabinet also offers storage space with four PVC-coated wire shelves that are adjustable.

The construction of the True TPP-67D-2 prep table is meant for commercial use, and includes a stainless steel exterior with a matching aluminum back and a clear-coated aluminum interior liner. A self-contained, capillary tube system provides a refrigeration temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, while forced-air refrigeration maintains a consistent temperature throughout the unit. Ecomate is foamed in place to provide insulation and castors ensure the prep table can be easily moved.
