The all stainless steel front, top and cabinet ends are easy to clean and resist rust and dirt accumulation.

The patented stainless steel foam insulation flat lids keep food pan temperatures colder, locking in product freshness, maintaining pleasing appearance and minimizing condensation so you never have soggy ingredients again. The extra-deep 19 1/2 inch full length removable cutting board is made of sanitary, high density, NSF approved white polyethylene provides a durable preparation surface and is included with this model.

The pizza prep table cabinet is insulated with CFC free foamed in place polyurethane, so you can be sure the internal temperature is consistent so your ingredients stay cool. The door and drawers are fitted with a 12 inch long recessed handles that are foamed in place with a sheet metal interlock to ensure permanent attachment.
