This True TPP-67 pizza prep table features a removable cutting board that runs the full length of the unit and has a depth of 19 1⁄2 inches, so pizzas with varying diameters can be slid from one end to the other during prep. Its top compartment can accommodate nine third-size food pans configured in two sections—one with six pans and one with three pans. A full set of clear, 6-inch-deep polycarbonate food pans are included with this unit, and in addition to the top ingredient compartment, this table has a cabinet base, providing storage space for extra ingredients.

For customized organization, the cabinet base includes four PVC-coated wire shelves that are adjustable. Swinging, solid doors provide convenient access to the cabinet, and foamed-in-place insulation in the cabinet walls retains cold air. A self-contained capillary tube system regulates R134A refrigerant to keep temperatures cool, and its forced-air design pushes air over the top compartment and throughout the cabinet to reach a set temperature ranging from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For durability, this True TPP-67 pizza prep table has a stainless steel and aluminum construction, making it ideal for commercial environments. To facilitate maintenance, the condensing unit slides out and is accessible from behind the front panel.
