Prep your delicious pizzas for the oven with the convenience of one space efficient 60" pizza prep table. This table is oversized and utilizes an environmentally friendly (R134A) forced air refrigeration system that holds 33 - 41 degree F temperatures which is ideal for fresh vegetables and dairy products. The all stainless steel front, top and cabinet ends are easy to clean and resist rust and dirt accumulation.

The patented stainless steel foam insulation flat lids keep food pan temperatures colder, locking in product freshness, maintaining pleasing appearance and minimizing condensation so you never have soggy ingredients again. The extra-deep 19 1/2" full length removable cutting board is made of sanitary, high density, NSF approved white polyethylene provides a durable preparation surface and is included with this model.

The cabinet is insulated with CFC free foamed in place polyurethane, so you can be sure the internal temperature is consistent so your ingredients stay cool. Each door is fitted with a 12" long recessed handles that are foamed in place with a sheet metal interlock to ensure permanent attachment.

The cabinet provides a total storage space of 15.9 cu ft so you can store things like, premade crusts, bulk ingredients, and uncooked product that needs a place to hang out before being baked.
