This refrigerated pizza prep table is the choice of chefs everywhere for making exceptional pizza. This pizza prep table features an extra deep, full length removable cutting board made of NSF approved white polyethylene which provides a tough preparation surface. The pizza prep table exterior front, top and ends are stainless steel with a matching aluminum finished back. And the interior is the attractive NSF approved white aluminum liner with 300 series stainless and coved corners. All the most popular pizza toppings are easily available when stored in the refrigerated pan rail that includes six (6) third-size food pans constructed of NSF approved clear polycarbonate. The prep table patented foam insulated stainless steel flat lid will keep these food pans at colder temperatures, locking in freshness and minimizing condensation. This pizza prep table has two (2) drawers that will each accommodate two (2) full size food pans and with divider bars, they will accommodate other sized food pans as well. The condensing unit is accessed from the front behind a removable panel on the right hand side of the cabinet and easily slides out for routine maintenance. True's oversized, factory balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow provides uniform temperature in the food pan rail and prep table interior. This prep table also uses a factory engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly, CFC free refrigerant.
