True TPP-44 44" Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

This True TPP-44 pizza prep table is equipped with a 19 1⁄2-inch-deep, full-length cutting board that provides plenty of room for large pizzas. The cutting board is conveniently removable for cleaning, and employees can prep food comfortably on its white polyethylene surface. To ensure proper refrigeration temperatures, the cabinet base and top compartment are both cooled by a forced-air system. Dense polyurethane foam in the cabinet and lid keeps cool air trapped inside so temperatures can be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

The top storage area is equipped with six third-size food pans that are 6-inches deep and made of clear, break-resistant polycarbonate. In the cabinet storage area, supplies can sit on the floor and on two adjustable shelves. To prevent corrosion, the cabinet is covered with a white aluminum liner, while its stainless steel floor is efficient to clean. Internal corners are rounded to prevent food from getting stuck, and for mobility, the table can be wheeled around on its 5-inch castors. The exterior of this True TPP-44 food prep table is constructed of stainless steel and has a matching back made of aluminum.
