This top space keeps fresh, frequently used ingredients at the ready while any extra or seldom needed products can be stored underneath. The True pizza prep table also lends convenience in its full length, high density, removable cutting board by not only allowing you to cut your ingredients right where you need them but also by helping keep your station sanitary! With a work surface height of 36", the pizza prep table is at the perfect level for reaching the flat lids up top and down into the base of the stainless steel cabinet underneath.
