The extra large evaporator coil balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and large condenser helps to maintain milk temperatures at 33F to 38F (.5C to 3.3C) resulting in better tasting milk. And in keeping with True's high quality standards, the entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-place using high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation.
