True Refrigeration T-72G-HC~FGD01 Description
The True T-72G-HC~FGD01 three-section refrigerator is built with double-pane, low-emissivity glass doors, preventing excessive heat from penetrating the doors to help keep the unit energy efficient. Each door has a 15-inch-long extruded handle and magnetic gaskets that prevent cold air from seeping out. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation fills the entire cabinet, and it is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion and dents.
To hold product inside, the True T-72G-HC~FGD01 reach-in refrigerator has nine gray, PVC-coated wires shelves, each of which are adjustable on 1⁄2-inch increments for customizable cold holding. A self-contained capillary tube system in the unit contains and regulates the flow of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The cabinet maintains temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and internal temperature is displayed externally to keep staff informed.
To maintain a clean condensing coil for better operation and less energy usage, the compressor fan motor blows in a reverse direction when the compressor start ups. This 20-second mechanism helps eliminate dust and dirt, but it should not replace common maintenance practices.
