True's horizontal ice cream dipping cabinets are uniquely designed to provide the user with maximum functional reliability with the flexibility to both store and service ice-cream product. Dip out delicious sundaes, splits, shakes and more! If you own an ice-cream shop, diner, or drive in with ice-cream on the menu you will want to make this dipping cabinet a part of your food prep line.

This dipping cabinet features a patented reversing condenser fan motor. The fan motors reverse during defrost off cycles to help keep the condenser coil free from dirt, dust and debris. Keeping coils clean optimizes the unit's performance, providing colder holding temperatures and increased energy efficiency. This cabinet is designed to hold four, three gallon ice-cream containers. The duel access, removable lids make them easy to clean and maintain. This dipping cabinet is proudly NSF-7 compliant for open food product so you never have to worry about safety. The entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-place using Ecomate which is a new, innovative, high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential and zero global warming potential making this cabinet not only efficient but environmentally friendly. The white vinyl exterior is attractive and simple to clean.
