True Refrigeration TH-23G~FGD01 Description
This True TH-23G~FGD01 reach-in heated holding cabinet is intended to keep cooked and baked food warm. Keeping temperatures at a set level between 80 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit has a stainless steel heating element that generates electric heat and low-velocity fans that circulate warm air around the cabinet. Humidity levels can be controlled with a top vent and a water pan is included if extra humidity is needed. For corrosion and dent resistance, this cabinet is made of stainless steel and aluminum, while its walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation to add structure.
The three chrome-plated wire shelves are adjustable on 1⁄2-inch increments to accommodate various products, and this True TH-23G~FGD01 mobile heated cabinet has triple-pane, thermal-insulated door that is transparent to provide product visibility. It has a 12-inch-long aluminum handle that offers a comfortable grip, while the door can close on its own and has a magnetic gasket that prevents warm air from seeping out. Incandescent lighting illuminates the interior and 4-inch-diameter castors help move the unit.
