This reach in heated holding cabinet provides the user with a consistent temperature of 80 - 180 degrees that is perfect for bakery goods and deli items. The internal fan provides low velocity, forced-air heat distribution to assure even temperatures throughout the cabinet which is excellent for utility cost reduction and energy conservation. This reach in heated cabinet features two stainless steel 1000 watt finned tubed heating elements per section for uniform generation of electric heat. The 300 series stainless steel door front and bottom is constructed of the very finest stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance and the stainless steel floor comes with coved corners for maximum storage capacity. The interior is constructed of anodized aluminum interior cabinet liner and 300 series stainless steel door liner and the floor features coved corners. This reach in heated cabinet features three adjustable, heavy duty chrome plated wire shelves and four chrome plated shelf clips to be included per shelf. The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed in place using high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The positive seal self closing doors with 120 degree stay open feature is an outstanding feature for those who need to retrieve multiple items quickly without having to open and reopen the door. The door hinges and recessed door handles are also lifetime guaranteed!
