The low velocity fans inside of each True reach in heated cabinet evenly distribute temperatures through the unit. These fans are easily turned off and on with an exterior switch. Not only do the half doors on True reach in heated cabinets close by themselves but they also have a 120 degree stay open feature that comes in handy when hands are full.
