At 18.8 cu ft this 2 lidded visual ice cream dipping station is designed to hold 12 ice cream containers at 3 gallons each. The lower lever provides even extra storage below while the PVC coated wire racks positions the ice cream for easy access. Neat and attractive in appearance, the entire dipping station cabinet is structured with foamed-in-place high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation. The cold wall refrigeration system maintains the ice cream at a brisk range of -10 F to 8 F. Comes with a 1 year warranty on all parts and labor and an additional 4 year warranty on the compressor. This attractive yet sturdy display cabinet features a cold wall refrigeration system which maintains temperatures appropriate for ice cream, from -10 degree Fahrenheit up to a chilly 8 degree Fahrenheit. The reverse condensing fan motor helps to keep maintenance costs down while optimizing the performance of the cabinet. With heavy-duty, PVC coated wire, all racks are supported. These heavy-duty wires allow the ice-cream to be displayed under bright, shadow free illumination which is controlled by an easy-to-reach on/off switch.

The True commercial dipping cabinet features a manual defrost system. The drain tube of this system connects conveniently behind the rear access panel. True's uses an environmentally friendly (CFC free) refrigerant in the cooling system.
