Increase ice cream sales with the True Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet freezer. This visually pleasing ice cream dipping cabinet has been uniquely constructed for maximum reliable functionality as well as an attractive merchandiser to display and serve ice cream product. The dipping cabinet's cold wall refrigeration system will maintain temperatures at -10F to +8F (-23.3C to-13.3C). True's exclusive reverse condensing fan motor will help reduce maintenance costs and optimize the ice cream dipping cabinet's performance. Designed to hold eight (8) 3-gallon ice cream containers at merchandising level, the ice cream dipping cabinet will also hold four (4) 3-gallon containers beneath the support racks. The ice cream dipping cabinet exterior is constructed of non-peel or chip white laminated vinyl clad steel which is durable and permanent. The interior is a high quality white enamel powder coat finish on galvanized steel and is NSF compliant for open food product. The ice cream dipping cabinet canopy is a stainless steel frame with a tempered glass viewing window that is single pane. It also has a safety shielded, fluorescent interior lighting for brighter, shadow free illumination that comes with an independent on/off switch.
