The positive seal, epoxy coated evaporator, and self-closing doors, save energy, while the stainless steel exterior, automatic defrost clock, and scale/slicer receptacles save cleaning time. With a gravity coil refrigeration system, the double door glass deli case has an ideally gargantuan range of storage temperatures of 38 F to 410 F. A formed-in-place high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation ensures that foods remain at the proper at safe storage refrigeration temperatures.
