The highly insulated double paned glass provides maximum insulation value for greater efficiency and energy conservation, and the cabinet is NSF-7 certified to contain open foods as well! This model also includes two lighted, adjustable, cantilevered, pvc coated shelves so that you can mix and match your merchandise to meet your inventory needs and demands. The fluorescent lamps included in this model are low UV emitting and are designed to enhance your food's appearance and prolong shelf-life to reduce waste.
