The True back bar cooler posses a unique design to ensure faster temperature pull down of warm products, colder holding temperatures and faster recovery in high use situations. As part of its factory engineered system, the back bar cooler harnesses power from its high horsepower compressor to put out an average circulating temperature of 35 degrees. Each door utilizes a full length, patented, integrated door light (IDL) system to flood the interior with a beautifully bright incandescent lighting. True's refrigerated back bar cooler, designed with enduring superiority and value, is made of the highest quality materials such as the encased high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation and heavy gauge galvanized steel walls. The sides of the unit are covered in a wear resistant laminated black vinyl setting off the stainless steel countertop bar area. Inside the Low-E, double paned, thermal glass doors are two adjustable, heavy duty, black PVC coated wire shelves.
