True's glass door refrigerated back bar cooler is the choice for anyone looking for energy saving, stylish design. True's oversized refrigeration system of an extra large evaporator coil balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and large condenser holds the back bar cooler temperatures at 33F to 38F (.5C to 3.3C). This back bar cooler's exterior is all stainless counter top with an attractive, wear-resistant laminated heavy duty black vinyl front and sides with a matching black aluminum back. The interior of the cooler is 300 series stainless steel floor and heavy gauge galvanized steel walls. For optimal energy efficiency, the entire cooler cabinet structure is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The back bar cooler has two (2) locking doors that are positive seal and constructed of energy efficient "Low-E" thermal insulated glass . This cooler is designed to accommodate a variety of sizes in beer kegs and is NSF-7 compliant for open food products.
