The interior of the cooler is 300 series stainless steel floor and heavy gauge galvanized steel walls. For optimal energy efficiency, the entire cooler cabinet structure is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The back bar cooler has two (2) locking doors that are positive seal and constructed of energy efficient "Low-E" thermal insulated glass . This cooler is designed to accommodate a variety of sizes in beer kegs and is NSF-7 compliant for open food products.
