With 2 solid stainless doors, the entire structure is foamed-in-place with high density CFC free polyurethane insulation. The welded, heavy duty galvanize dbase rail is dipped in rust inhibiting enamel paint for corrosion protection inside and out. True uses large fan blades with their sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating fan motors which gives the back bar coolers a more efficient low velocity, high volume airflow design. This extraordinary design means that warm product will cool faster, there is colder holding temperatures and in high volume situations, a speedier recovery.
