True is committed to design back bar coolers with enduring quality and value by using only the highest quality materials. This will assure the back bar coolers will have colder product temperatures and provide many years of trouble free service. This food rated back bar cooler is constructed of durable stainless steel front and sides with a matching aluminum back. The back bar cooler top and interior is all stainless and NSF approved. With 2 solid stainless doors, the entire structure is foamed-in-place with high density CFC free polyurethane insulation. The welded, heavy duty galvanize dbase rail is dipped in rust inhibiting enamel paint for corrosion protection inside and out. True uses large fan blades with their sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating fan motors which gives the back bar coolers a more efficient low velocity, high volume airflow design. This extraordinary design means that warm product will cool faster, there is colder holding temperatures and in high volume situations, a speedier recovery.
