True's oversized refrigeration system of an extra large evaporator coil balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and large condenser holds the back bar cooler temperatures at 33F to 38F (.5C to 3.3C). This back bar cooler has a unique design that True has perfected giving it a more efficient low velocity, high volume air flow. This will ensure fast temperature pull down of warm product, much colder holding temperatures and speedier recovery in high use environments. This back bar cooler's exterior is all stainless counter top with stainless steel front and sides and a matching black aluminum back. The interior of the cooler is stainless steel as well. For optimal energy efficiency, the entire cooler cabinet structure is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The back bar cooler has two (2) locking, solid stainless steel doors and door liners that are positive seal. This cooler is designed to accommodate a variety of sizes in beer kegs and is NSF-7 compliant for open food products.
