True Refrigeration STA2HRT-2S-2S Description
To access rolling racks from both sides, the True STA2HRT-2S-2S Spec Series® roll-thru heated cabinet has two doors on the front and two doors on the back. This cabinet accepts two 27-inch-by-29-inch-by-66-inch racks that roll into the cabinet on stainless steel ramps. Bumpers inside the cabinet protect the walls from scratches and dents, and aluminum interior walls and stainless steel floor withstand heavy use. Made of stainless steel, the exterior is strong and resists corrosion.
This unit is designed to maintain temperatures of hot food, but it cannot reheat cold product. The operator can set a temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and each section has a tube heating element that generates heat. Vents on top of the True STA2HRT-2S-2S heated cabinet release hot air to control humidity, keeping food crisp and fresh. If additional humidity is needed, a 12-inch-by-20-inch water pan is included.
