STANDARD FEATURES:

Powerfully provides holding temperatures of 80° F to 180° F throughout the cabinet for uniform, forced-air, heating.
Low velocity fan(s) provided to assure even temperature throughout cabinet. A vent is located at the top of the cabinet for positive humidity control.
Heater - stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
Shelving - (3) heavy duty, chrome shelves per section with wall mounted pilasters (shipped separately) (3) different interior kits available (field installation required).
Exterior - 300 series stainless steel front, sides, bottom and back (the finest stainless available).
Anodized aluminum interior.
Foamed-in-place polyurethane high density cell insulation (CFC free).
Exterior mounted, color coded, temperature monitor.
Lifetime guaranteed recessed door handles standard.
Door locks standard.
Doors equipped with lifetime guaranteed self-closing hinges with 120 degree stay open feature standard.
Humidity control - 12" x 20" pan standard.
Manual humidity control is a standard feature (turn counterclockwise to ventilate).
Incandescent interior lighting.
6" legs standard equipment. 4" diameter swivel castors available for single section models only.
Pass-thru heated cabinet designed to be rear-loaded from prep area and front accessed.
