This model features three heavy duty shelves that are PVC coated and four different interior kits are available. The oversized and balanced, environmentally friendly refrigeration system, is factory sealed and pre-lubricated for outstanding long life. This food safe freezer holds -10 degrees consistently to protect and preserve your products. Fluorescent interior lighting increases visibility and helps increase product shelf life. The interior sides and back of this model is an attractive white aluminum., and the floor and door liner is an easy to clean 300 series stainless steel. The 300 series stainless steel exterior is ideal for those who want hassle free clean up and damage resistance. This roll in freezer also features three lifetime guaranteed, cam lift hinges per door with full 180 degree open capacity with stay open feature that pause at 90 degrees if desired. This model is also designed to accept roll in racks and includes one heavy gauge stainless steel ramp per door
