True Refrigeration STA1HRT89-1S-1S Description
The True STA1HRT89-1S-1S Spec Series® roll-thru heated cabinet has a stainless steel and aluminum construction that resists corrosion and dents. For temperature retention, its walls are foamed in place with polyurethane insulation. A stainless steel ramp on each side facilitates rolling racks and carts through the cabinet, and bumpers line the walls to prevent damage from carts and racks. To evenly generate heat, this unit has two stainless steel heating elements and low-velocity fans. A manually controlled vent on top of the cabinet adjusts humidity levels, and a 12-inch by 20-inch water pan is included to provide extra humidity.
This unit has two stainless steel doors that resist dents and corrosion and magnetic gaskets that snap into the door frames to prevent warm air from seeping out. Protecting expensive contents, bolt-style locks beside the metal handles secure the doors. Both doors can stay open past 120 degrees and close on their own if left open less than 120 degrees. This True STA1HRT89-1S-1S heated cabinet maintains a set temperature within the range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit and is brightened by incandescent interior lights.
