The True T-49FG-HC~FGD01 glass door freezer maintains a steady temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, an ideal temperature for frozen food, and the capillary tube system controls the flow of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Evaporator and condenser fan motors provide quick temperature recovery and ensure all product is chilled evenly. When the condensing fan motor in this unit starts up, it runs in its reverse mode for 20 seconds, knocking debris, dirt, and dust off the condenser coil. Because this component is integral to system function, cleaning it regularly promotes reliable and efficient operation. This self-cleaning also helps to maintain consistent and cold storage temperatures in the cabinet. Despite this reversing feature improving operation and prolonging the life of the unit, it doesn't replace all routine preventative maintenance procedures. Its refrigeration system is mounted on the bottom of the cabinet, so it is accessible for maintenance.
