True's deep well glass chillers are designed using the highest quality materials to provide years of reliable service. The oversized refrigeration system holds temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees F. Forced air cooling keeps the temperature balanced throughout the glass chiller cabinet and your contents perfectly chilled. The exterior is a durable wear resistant, black laminated vinyl and the interior is heavy duty galvanized steel. This deep well glass chiller is insulated with a high density polyurethane to keep the cold air in and provide proper refrigeration. In the interior of its cabinet are two adjustable, heavy duty shelves. The split shelf design allows you to rotate your chilled wares keeping one ready while the others are chilling. To ensure that your glass chiller lasts you for years, each glass chiller's welded galvanized base rails are dipped in a rust inhibiting enamel paint to prevent corrosion in the worst conditions. Promoting a fast frosting cycle of your dry glasses and plates is the unique design of the sealed, cast iron evaporator fan motor with larger blades.
