The True T23F one-section reach-in freezer is yet another high-quality product in a long line of dependable products. The factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly CFC free refrigerant. This unit is ideally suited for both frozen foods and ice cream thanks to the extra large evaporator coil, high horsepower compressor, and large condenser which maintains temperatures of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, the coldest holding temperature in the industry. This bottom mounted unit allows for easy cleaning, while providing "no stoop" storage and additional storage on top of the freezer. The energy saving defrost system is time-initiated and temperature terminated, which provides the shortest possible defrost cycle.

This commercial reach-in freezer is constructed from 300 series stainless steel on the front, grill, and shroud. The exterior ends and back are anodized quality aluminum. The interior of this cabinet is an attractive, NSF approved white aluminum, with a stainless steel floor. This cabinet keeps temperatures cold by insulating the entire structure and solid door with high-density, CFC free polyurethane insulation. The door of the T23F are also 300 series stainless steel with a matching white aluminum interior liner. These positive seal self-closing doors have a lifetime guarantee on the hinges and torsion type closure system. Magnetic door gaskets are standard to ensure a complete seal each time the door is closed.
