Foamed-in-place polyurethane in the cabinet gives the unit structure and reduces heat transfer.

The True GDM-26F-HC~TSL01 display freezer creates consistent cooling with a capillary tube system and eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. A balanced refrigeration system maintains an even temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, ideal for ice cream, popsicles, frozen meals, and more. Since the condenser and evaporator fan motors move a consistent volume of air, they help reduce energy consumption and lower heat production. Its time-initiated, temperature-terminated, automatic defrost system ensures the merchandiser maintains proper working order by melting built-up ice.

This unit has a condensing fan motor that goes into reverse mode upon start up for 20 seconds. This is designed to blow debris, dust, and dirt off the condenser coil. When this component is subjected to automatic and regular cleanings, the system operates without using a lot of energy. It also maintains consistent product temperatures and prolongs the system's lifespan.
