The exterior of this dynamic oven is constructed of 430 series stainless steel on the front, top, sides, and back on 4" adjustable legs. The easy to clean exterior is cool to the touch to increase employee safety. The doors seals tightly with a microwave seal.

The interior of this unit features 304 series stainless steel and a fully insulated cooking chamber. The removable / variable cooking surfaces and exposed bottom browning element ensure that all food products are thoroughly cooked. Built-in self-diagnostics monitor oven components and performance to help maintain the quality and extend the life of your oven.

Turbo Chef offers standard accessories with each Tornado oven purchase, which saves a considerable amount of money in additional purchases.
