This 5-sided jar comes with a nearly 4 in. long sing-prong tuned wingtip blade, has easy-to-read jar markings up to 36 oz. or nearly 3 quarts. With the design of this patented jar being shorter and half the weight of other jars, the Blendtec jar is made from durable, BPA-free co-polyester that can withstand heavy use and allows for easy 3-way pouring. The easy-open gripper lid allows ingredients to be added through center opening and vents pressure for hot liquid use. Please note that this 5-sided jar is made to be compatible with Blendtec home blenders and the warranty is voided when this blender is used in other applications.
