This heavy-duty electric griddle's thermostatically controlled cooking zone can quickly and evenly cook 170 pancakes or 285 eggs during your breakfast rush hour. The fine grain smooth cast iron plate assures even cooking of 210 hamburgers or 75 steaks during peak dinner hours. This commercial countertop's easy to remove full length grease tray and stainless steel base make for no fuss cleaning.
