Whether you are baking pastries or entrees, the Equipex half-size convection oven bakes fast and evenly and intensifies/seals in flavor. This Sodir convection oven is constructed completely from stainless steel and has four chrome plated wire shelves. The rear fan and heating assembly creates a true convection pattern and the unique air flow design ensures quick and uniform baking. The thermostatic controls can range up to 570 F and includes a 120 minute timer for your needs. And the cool-to-the-touch double glass doors are removable for easy cleaning.
