Equipex 400E Description
Create crepes worthy of Parisian cafe status with this Sodir crepe machine from Equipex. This single electric crepe machine has an enamel coated polished cast iron plate that ensures your crepes heat evenly and are perfectly pliable. The large 15- 3/4" plate size allows you to create up to 15" perfectly thin crepes. Thermostatically controlled heating elements allow for precision cooking up to 450 F. An attached utensil drawer and batter spreader helps keep you organized.
