This cuts down on the amount of dressing used, ultimately saving money. The large, 5 gallon capacity of this vegetable and lettuce dryer accommodates approximately 5-6 heads of lettuce. The comfortable finger grip handle on the crank will maximize productivity and minimize operator fatigue. The crank shaft is made of rust resistant chrome plated brass for safety and reliability.
