| 1 Year Limited Warranty
ChefMaster extends a 1 Year Warranty from
the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship of its
products. If the product fails to operate because of a manufacturing
defect, the defective part will be repaired or replaced at ChefMaster’s
option if the defective part, along with proof of purchase, is returned
to the original place of purchase, or returned prepaid to ChefMaster,
445 Winding Road, Old Bethpage, N.Y. 11804-1311.
Service, labor and transportation costs
are not covered by this warranty.
The warranty does not cover defects
caused by abuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, improper
handling, or repairs made by unauthorized persons.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE
SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY OF CHEFMASTER AND IS MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT
SHALL CHEFMASTER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
RESULTING FROM USE OR RELATING TO A DEFECT. NO OTHER WARRANTY OR
GUARANTY WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, GIVEN BY
ANY PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION SHALL BIND CHEFMASTER. SOME STATES DO
NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE
ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. |
