BKI FW15 Description
The BKI FW-15 countertop dump station combines radiant and convection heat to preserve food quality for as long as 20 minutes. The stainless steel construction is durable and can be simply wiped down after use. Further streamlining cleaning, its sloped drain pan is removable. Because it has a lighted canopy, prepared foods stand out in the display. This holding station also has a safety cutoff feature that prevents it from getting too hot and reduces the risk of damage or injury.
