Designed for simply, safe operation the BKI electric pressure fryer enhances fried food operations and increased food quality. Controlled low pressure-cooking delivers moist, tender fried food with a 30 percent longer holding capacity. Patented Quick-Connect filtration system improves over-all operations through a fail-safe alignment feature, while the built-in cold zone collects excess breading to extend shortening life for substantial savings. The interlocking lid on the BKI electric pressure fryer has a unique design to ensure quality cooking and save in-house environment. With 23 liters of liquid oil for more production, the BKI electric pressure fryer will meet those high demands of great food. The BKI electric pressure fryer is designed for casters with easy mobility in mind.

BKI's fryers utilize controlled low pressure to promote faster cooking at lower temperatures. A built-in cold zone collects breading ''fall-off'' to extend the shortening. Lid interlock system adds a measure of safety by preventing the lid from being opened while pressure is on the fryer pot.
