To fit catering tables and buffet lines, this Cres Cor IFW-61-GL-10PB carving station measures 24 inches wide by 16 inches deep by 52 inches high. Its 1 3⁄4-inch-thick maple cutting board is durable enough to withstand high-volume slicing of turkey, prime rib, and ham but is soft enough to prevent knife damage. A lamp is bolted to the cutting board for stabilization and features a polished brass hood that interplays with the stylish maple cutting board to establish a classic appearance.
So meat is warm for serving, the Cres Cor IFW-61-GL-10PB carving station's lamp includes a shatter- and thermal shock-resistant 250-watt infrared bulb. Users can adjust the nickel chrome-plated flexible lamp's arm as heating focus requirements change, and its tension secures it in place once repositioned. For simple operation, it features a base-mounted power switch.
