Cres Cor CO-151-FUA-12D Description
The Cres Cor CO-151-FUA-12D full-size cook and hold oven features solid-state process controls with an LED display for precise temperature management. Made of stainless steel with smooth interior coved corners, this unit holds 12 pans on universal slides adjustable at 1 1⁄2-in. intervals and includes six chrome-plated wire grids. The slow convected air system enhances natural browning and retains moisture, reducing shrinkage by 15 to 20 percent. To rethermalize food items or hold them until needed, this unit has an operating temperature range between 140 and 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Equipped with field-reversible insulated Dutch doors, the Cres Cor CO-151-FUA-12D oven minimizes heat loss while maintaining consistent cooking temperatures. The silicone gaskets ensure a proper seal, and anti-microbial latches improve food safety. A top-mounted power unit provides even airflow throughout the cooking process. This ventless unit holds up to 300 pounds of food and is mounted on 5-in. swivel casters, two with brakes, offering mobility and stability for commercial kitchen environments.
