Cres Cor CO-151-FUA-12D Description
The Cres Cor CO-151-FUA-12D full-size cook and hold oven slow roasts and holds foods at temperatures as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit with an 8,000-watt convection oven. Providing minimal shrinkage, the air system seals in juices and browns foods naturally. Temperatures can be monitored and controlled electronically with the solid-state, LED digital display. Made of stainless steel, this unit has coved interior corners to prevent food buildup and promote quick cleanup.
To save money on installation, the Cres Cor CO-151-FUA-12D cook and hold oven does not require a vent. Its Dutch doors prevent temperature loss and are latched magnetically for security during transportation. The silicone gaskets also seal the door to ensure food does not slide out, while the latches are protected with antimicrobial, so germs do not spread. For storage, the cabinet comes with 12 sets of chrome-plated wire angles and six raised wire grids.
